The problem

Rigon Srl, a company with strong expertise in designing and manufacturing molds for plastics, turned to MADE4.0 to execute the I4.0 Strategy project. The goal was to assess the current digital maturity of its processes (as-is), identify strengths and weaknesses, and build a digital roadmap from these findings that will lead Rigon’s management toward the future, while considering the company’s economic and structural constraints.

The solution

Industry 4.0 Strategy: Developing a plan to adopt digital technologies and strategic competencies to ensure a company evolves towards Industry 4.0 in terms of process efficiency and effectiveness, aligned with the company’s objectives.

Desired Impacts

Thanks to the essential assessment of the organizational context as-is through the i4.0 Strategy analysis methodology, it is possible to evaluate the level of digitalization of the main areas of the company. The analysis aims to identify the main strengths and weaknesses of each process and the opportunities to strengthen them, thereby improving the company’s digital maturity. Based on the results, a digital roadmap was defined to achieve the company’s strategic objectives.
